OhCut collects Consumer Data when they engage with a Business that utilizes OhCut’s products and services. For example, when a Consumer books an appointment or makes a transaction at a Business that uses OhCut, we gather the necessary information to facilitate the service.
OhCut as a Data Custodian
OhCut is committed to ensuring the security and protection of both Business and Consumer personal information. We collect information solely for the purpose of delivering our services and improving the overall user experience.
OhCut collaborates with third-party service providers to support, maintain, and enhance our Services. However, we never share or sell your personal information without your explicit consent, nor do we exceed your reasonable expectations for data use.

You can opt out of receiving promotional emails from OhCut by following the “opt-out” instructions in those messages or by adjusting your email notification settings in your OhCut account. To stop receiving promotional text messages, reply with “STOP.” Opting out may impact your use of our Services, but you will continue to receive non-promotional messages, such as digital receipts and account notifications.
Submitting a Request
If permitted by applicable law, you may request to access, correct, object to, restrict, or delete your personal information, or request an electronic copy for data portability. You can submit these requests through OhCut Services or by contacting us at support@ohcut.com with the subject “Data Subject Request” or by calling toll-free at 1-800-000-0000. We will respond within legal timeframes and send a confirmation email within 24-48 hours of receiving your request. Requests submitted by authorized agents must be accompanied by signed authorization from the consumer.
Children’s Personal Information
If you are under 16 years old, please do not use our Services. If we discover that we have collected information from users under 16, we will promptly delete it.
Changes to the Privacy Notice/Policy
We review and update this Privacy Notice every 12 months. The updated version will be posted with a revised “Effective Date.” We will provide reasonable notice of material changes, and if you disagree, you may cancel your account.
